So this has only started a couple of weeks ago I was perfectly fine and then one morning I couldn’t get out of bed because I was so tied thought it was a one off but it was the same the next day and the next day and it’s been like that for a couple of weeks now usually when she goes down for her morning nap around 10-11 is when I get everything done but for the last couple of weeks I’m wanting to go back to bed while she’s asleep instead of getting my chores done I can’t verbally explain how tired I am it’s in my brain my brain feels tired my eyes feel heavy and I have no reason to be tired my baby isn’t a hard baby she only wakes up once at night around 4-5am then goes back to sleep until 7-9am so it’s not like I’m up all night I can’t understand this tiredness is this normal? Because I’m barely able to function day to day because I’m just so tired

Also I forgot to mention I go to bed around 9pm so I don’t stay awake late

I'd consider asking the GP to check your iron levels if you think it's not a case of sleep deprivation. Also how is your mood in general?

@CattingAbout my mood is ok for the most part but my feelings seem to be getting hurt my easy than usual
