roof of my nouth ulcerated

ow!
I've got a mass of ulcers all over the roof of my mouth. Tis very painful to eat or drink. can't get anywhere to get anything for it so its just a whinge.

Ow, mine is too. Are you run down? I have fractured my 5th metartarsal bone and got a cold too!

I think I might be a bit run down,, trying to do too much. Got a stabby earache now and feel shivery so perhaps its a bit of a virus.

Poor you though with a fractured bone too! not nice. hope you feel better soon.

Keep an eye on your hands and feet it may be hand, foot and mouth.
