Has anyone had this? It’s is on the top, a bit to the left of where your shoelaces would be on trainers. Feels like a bit of a boney lump but no swelling as such. Literally only came on this morning and nothing happened like an injured, and I’ve done no strenuous exercise 😂! Can hardly walk.
