Biggest thank you advice

Just a cute little one for you.
I (f32) need advice on a thank you gift/display of affection etc for my DP.

I've recently had a horrible accident and have been in the hospital unable to walk etc. I'm out now but my recovery is slow.
Whilst in the hospital my wife (f35) ('butch') was there every day. Going back and forth to the dog. Managing the builders at home. Looking after the cats and doing laundry. She fought for my care, and snuck into visiting early and stayed late. Updating my family and keeping notes. Washing and dressing me in clean clothes and even doing bed pans! This is, a whole new level of our relationship for sure!

I've never been ill before or been in hospital. And the pain I've experienced is totally unreal and I'm still suffering a lot. I just could not have done it without her. I would marry her again if I could (but it's only our 2 years in nov).

I can't do a lot right now and I tell her every day how grateful I am.
But do you have any ideas of something I could do or give to show my appreciation for quite frankly the biggest gift I've ever been given?

Thank you x

Firstly your wife sounds amazing, you have a lovely relationship, and its understandable that you want to do something for her. Aside from concentrating on getting better (which is probably the thing she is wishing for most!) - then we might need to know a little more about the sort of stuff that she likes doing etc...
