Hi, I'm on holiday and my 15month old has got this spot on his nose, any idea what it could be? It's red/purple, not too deep. He's well in himself other than the spot, we've been putting sudecrem on it and it seems to be getting less angry. Going to the pharmacy tomorrow too but any ideas would be much appreciated
