Soft squishy lump behind ear

Mainly flesh coloured but has a reddish ‘head’ to it. Feels fluid filled. Prob 1.5cm diameter. Is directly behind my earlobe. Throbs slightly but that may be because I’m thinking about it…

Any ideas?

I used to get this if I hadn't worn earrings for a while or when I first got them pierced

Does it go away over time? Feels like I could squeeze it and get the gunk out but I know that’s a bad idea.
