Bowel issues/feeling unwell

Hi just wondering if anyone has experienced similar as I am getting myself into a bit of a panic over my symptoms and thinking the worst.

So for a few weeks now I have been having loose stools, generally just in the morning. But over the last week or so this has gotten progressively worse having to go a few times in the morning, immediate cramping pains in lower abdomen upon waking and need to go to the toilet fairly urgently. Along with this I feel generally unwell, nausea, loss of appetite, headaches, cramps, heartburn (I do already take omeprazole for this, but has worsened recently).
I did one stool sample this week through my GP to rule out and possible infections, this came back negative. I am now waiting on results for fit test (never had any visible blood in my stool).

Stupidly I have been googling my symptoms and of course it immediately comes up with things like bowel cancer.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have been tested in the past for things like celiac etc all negative. I do suffer with ibs, but would not normally be ongoing like this, nor would it make me feel generally unwell as I am at the moment.
