So I'm a little bit of a nightmare with health anxiety so just reaching out while I decide whether to give out of hours a call!
Basically at least since Thursday I'm having like a cramp around my lower back and side (on the right side). It's not constant but comes on, goes intense and then fades and will usually stay away for a while!
I noticed today in work it was coming and going a lot more and the pain was making me feel sick. However after coming home the flare ups are really rare. I have noticed it tends to flare up the more I'm stood up and moving around and, leaning over, sitting and lying down will ease it as long as it hasn't got too intense. DH thinks it's likely a pulled muscle (my job is literally picking 4 hours at a time so heavy and constantly bending etc.) I don't remember specifically hurting my back but very likely it could have been happening over time.
I'm in no other way unwell, I have had a bit of a bad stomach but not massively and I'm quite sensitive to certain foods so possibly that causing the bad stomach not the pain. No temp or anything, not jaundice and pain isn't high enough up my back to be from gallbladder. Only feel rough when the pain gets really intense.
Anyone had this? Does it sound like a sprain or similar? TIA :)
