to feed or not to feed??????

my dd nearly 20months has diarhea.started yesterday aafternoon and although not excessive, is not nice and is makinbg her wingy...shes been 'off' her food recently, but now seems hungry!!!should i keep her off food until this clears up, or is that old hat? please advize!

i wouldn't keep her off food, but stick to plain stuff, and avoid very dairyish stuff like yoghurt etc.

I'd keep feeding but not milk stuff, not oily stuff and no bananas .. so stick with bread and pasta

Just give loads of water and maybe something really bland like porridge or boiled rice or the old favourite chicken and rice soup.

now that's interesting on the 'banana' front 'cos I was told to avoid them by my acupuncturist .. hmmmm??

is dry toast best? i was just gunna do her some with dairylea on - you replied just in time! sorry if i seem totally brain dead

shes still got it!
nothing yesterday at all then two in the space of changing first one? not eating much, but drinking ok? has it been to long?
