Is this IBS?

Hi
I have booked a doctors appointment which is just under a month away but I’m curious if this is IBS or something else? Since being pregnant (I had my baby a year ago) I seem to be suffering with random diarrhoea attacks? They come on within 15 minutes and I HAVE to find a toilet. I get cramp pains in my abdomen and these stay until I have been to the toilet. It can happen when I am working, out on a walk or driving. E.g last week it happened twice once whilst I was out walking and I had to power walk home all the whilst thinking at any point I am just going to go! And also as I was leaving work, I had to pull into a random pub to go to the toilet. There seems to be no particular food trigger it literally just comes on randomly. I also sometimes feel bloated and uncomfortable. I am 30 years old and apart from asthma/eczema I don’t have any other health conditions. I don’t want to go and waste the GPs time if this is just general IBS but I wondered if it was IBS if there was no pattern and it was just random occasions weekly.

You're not wasting a Doc's time it's better to find out what's causing it. You'll probably be offered an endoscopy.
I have IBD so have many other symptoms alongside frequent toilet issues.

My similar symptoms turned out to be coeliac.

It’s not wasting your GP’s time. Change in bowel habit is definitely something to be investigated.
Having said that your description is not unsimilar to how my IBS presents.
