Skin above ankle started getting a burning itch feeling a few nights ago that stung to scratch, put it down to reaction to flea spray on bottom of sofa as I must’ve touched my leg against it and thought nothing of it as it went away and didn’t bother looking.
Getting changed this morning and I felt a sting look at the spot and it’s come up in a yellow/red scratch/burn I’m not too sure! Can’t get to pharmacy today to ask so thought I’d ask here as I am unsure if it looks like it could be getting infected or what it is or if I need to clean it n if so how 
only about an inch probably a little less in length
