Adult symptoms of parvovirus (slapped cheek)?

Anyone had this? I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with me. DC had what I thought was a mild cold with round red patches on cheeks. I developed explosive diarrhoea followed by back and neck ache, severe aching joints and muscle pain, burning and pins needles sensations.

Over a fortnight it has progressed to the point where I can barely walk due to burning muscle pains and feeling wobbly. Doctor has done some blood tests, nothing serious has come up. I’m grasping at straws to figure out what’s wrong. Thank you.

Hey OP, did your symptoms begin yo improve? Recently had slapped cheek as an adult myself and experiencing very similar symptoms.

Symptoms improved but haven’t gone away despite several months passing. Still no diagnosis. Could have been slapped cheek, could have been something else. Not very helpful unfortunately!
