So I've just been checking for lumps and am a bit alarmed to have found these two wet looking swollen lumps on the underside of one of my breasts. The other breast is totally normal. I do get intertrigo when the weather is hot but that's all calmed down now. What on earth are these? Can't whip my boobs out in the chemist to ask for a cream
