Hi, I know no one can diagnose and I have seen a GP and currently awaiting another appointment but obviously it’s a process and in the waiting time could anyone shed any light please? I just feel generally not well and not myself for months now.
Please if anyone has any ideas let me know!

I will list my symptoms and known diagnosis;

CURRENTLY (since end of July)
-superficial thrombophlebitis (lumps in armpit then arm, bumpy vein from armpit to elbow and aching arm)
-fatigue. So tired all the time no energy to do anything and sleep doesn’t help.

THIS WEEK
-feeling that insects are landing on my skin but when I look nothings there (skin crawling?)
-I’ve been told that I’ve been saying things very muddled up, forgetting what I’m doing, or forgetting the words of what I’m trying to say.

PREVIOUSLY diagnosed:
-IBS
-Reynauds
-costochondritis

OTHER things that may or may not be related
-a month or so ago I had a very itchy, red and slightly scaly scalp. Never had before then cleared up on its own
-occasionally get pangs of sharp pain on the left side of my pelvis, area where ovaries are around

What tests has the GP done so far? Bloods? How old are you? I have all those symptoms and an extremely rare autoimmune disease but they could just as easily be attributed to menopause, or long covid.

Have you mentioned the intermittent pain, can you be referred for an ultrasound? I'd want to be referred to rheum too once the GP has exhausted bloods etc

Should have mentioned that actually, thank you.

I am 39, no signs of menopause yet. I have had covid a few times but seemed to fully recover.

I haven't yet mentioned the intermittent pain, I'd assumed it was related to period pains but I will mention at my next appointment.

I have had bloods and these were the results, I'm unsure what they mean but can see some of the red bloods are slightly lower than the range.
