Lightning Process

I’m considering doing the Lightning Process to try and help with some lingering fatigue and strange sensory issues - I don’t have chronic fatigue syndrome but I suspect my nervous system is in overdrive after long Covid followed by treatment for breast cancer. Is there anyone that has done the LP and that could give me their insight into whether it’s helpful please? I do subscribe to the mind/body connection and think it could be helpful because I’m sure my negative self talk is making me feel worse but it sounds a bit too good to be true. Thanks

You got me interested as I have ME and I’d be willing to try anything at this point. However, I just had a google

The LP instructors' claim that 90% get better is not true when it comes to ME patients. In the Norwegian ME association's user survey from 2012 with 1,096 participants, 164 ME patients stated that they had tried LP. 21% of these experienced improvement or great improvement – i.e. 34 people.13 Mar 2023

I don’t see how the rates would be much better with LC/other fatigue.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I’ve read all the Google reviews and they are quite mixed to say the least. However, I’ve listened to the initial part of the training and it really resonated with me so am keen to find someone who has actually done the course. Hopefully someone will be along later…
