I've developed a swelling/ lump on my big toe. It's on the top, between the nail and the knuckle. It's round, not particularly hard or soft and doesn't seem to have fluid in it. It doesn't hurt but feels inflamed/ bruised when I'm sitting on my knees. It's hard to get a good pic, I'm definitely not taking about the hard calloused skin on the side of my toe. The problem is my left toe; I've added a pic of my right toe for comparison. Do I see a GP about this? And whilst you're here: I'm developing hammer toes in both my second toes. Again, how do I get help for this? Neither issue is bothering me enough to want to make a GP appointment, but too much not to do anything.
