Hi,
dd (3 and half) has been asleep and dozing on sofa most of afternoon and has had no lunch or tea to speak of. Although she had her nursery party this morning and think she ate there.
When I bathed her earlier she had half a dozen or so spots - raised - and some quite large on her back and chest. What do you think it is? Advice needed please!
