Has anyone had these to help heal an ankle ligament injury? I’m thinking this might be the next thing to try as mine is taking months to heal. Would be interested to hear others’ experiences… Did they work? How sore was it afterwards? How long did you have to limit use of the joint for afterwards? It’s been suggested that I have three injections, 3-6 weeks apart. Would be grateful for any thoughts/ experiences/ advice. Thanks!
