Can anyone help me understand my blood test results please?

Thank you, I thought I was knackered for some sinister reason but I'm not worried now.

Can anyone help my doctor has done a load of blood test, got a message saying today need to be done again in 2months. I've contacted them to find out why but they are not getting back to me and I'm concerned. Results were:

Serum vitamin b12 level 212ng/l, 220.0-700.0 out of reference range
CA125 Level 3ku/l, <35.0
Serum TSH Level 2.1 miu/L [0.3-5.0]
Plasma C Reactive Protein <5mg/L [<10.0]
Serum foliate Level 4.8ug/L Deficiant 0.3-3.37 ug/L
Then there was a full blood count done, I'm just worried as there's obviously something not right if they want to do more tests!
