Over the counter treatment for sinusitis

Please let me know what works to clear your sinuses. I keep getting sinusitis and am waiting for a sinus x-ray but in the meantime I need to use something.

So far the only thing I've found helps is a saline nasal rinse. Sudafed doesn't touch the sides.

Please let me know what works for you.

Thanks

Absolutely nothing works for me when I have sinusitis other than antibiotics. I feel for you, it's horrendous feeling so stuffed up all the time. I had it for 8 weeks during pregnancy and it took 3 doses of drugs to shift it.

Have you tried Otrivine? It helps somewhat.

Sudafed the one with pseudoephedrine in brilliant stuff only available OTC can cause dry mouth and effects sleep though unfortunately

What @Catsservant said and nasal rinse every day. I do it every morning as am immune suppressed. I also take a daily Benadryl when I remember. And try to eat well - guaranteed if I eat shit - additives, sugar - I will get a sinus headache.

Menthol crystals added to a bowl of hot water and the vapours inhaled several times a day. It’ll kill everything off and quite possible melt your face off too
