seeing the thread asking "what exercise do you do?" I thought having a Sunday night pledge-type thread might help those of us prone to lapsing a little stay focused...
so, here is what I am planning to do next week:
Monday - 10k run plus weights in gym
(evening) yoga class
Tuesday - 5 k run outside
Wednesday - 10k run plus weights in gym
Thursday - 5k run in gym
Friday - out on the piss
Saturday - 5k run in gym
Sunday day off
whether or not I stick to that is another story
