Just that really - I’ve got a pinched nerve in my neck so want a pillow that helps. But there are so many out there!

I have a buckwheat pillow, literally wheat in a linen cover that blissfully moulds to whatever shape you need for comfort. It’s about 18” square.
I have tried at least 6 so-called neck pillows, none helped. I will look for the brand..

I’ve had it for 8 years now and nothing beats it.

I have cranio cervical instability which causes severe cervicogenci headaches. I used to wake every single morning in agony and must have tried just about every pillow out there over the years.

Dh recently bought me a Tempur Comfort Cloud pillow. They’re pricey at around £100, although you can get deals cheaper, but hit has been worth every penny.

It took me a few days to adjust, but it moulds beautiful to my neck (I’m a side sleeper) and I am waking without neck pain for the first time in years.

The other thing I find invaluable when I get a pinched nerve or neck spasm is a microwavable neck wheat bag. I have multiple of these and they are brilliant for calming everything down and relaxing the muscles. I can put one on and potter about, rather than having to just lie down, which is a big plus. (As an aside, being curved, they are also a great shape for adbo pain or cramps.)
