Has anyone tried the Zoe app? I’m 54 and my digestive system/hormones just seems really sluggish even on taking good quality pro biotics but my main issue is how I feel after eating. I feel very sluggish and low after most meals but particularly in the afternoon
i am pescatarian and eat fairly well I think / sometimes too much bread if eating on the run
today breakfast Gf porridge with almond milk honey and strawberries, green tea
lunch 1 slice multi seed sourdough bread toasted with smashed avocado and baked salmon from last night
water
couple of dark chocolate almonds
before shelling out i would love some real life stories
thanks
