Zoe - missed the challenge

Hello

I was due to do my first Zoe challenge yesterday but it didn’t give me a reminder and I’d already had a couple of bites of my toast and bacon before I realised to had to delay it til tomorrow (couldn’t do it today as had big family thing on). I tried to contact customer support to ask them to move the challenge but it’s impossible as I can’t get through on the chat.

has anyone else had to delay a challenge and how do you make your app know you’re delaying it? It thinks I’m on day 3 tomorrow but I want to be on day 1!

I don’t mean the initial muffin challenge, I’ve done all that, I’m on day 7 tomorrow .

I found your post because I've just done the same thing...
Did you find the answer? I've tried messaging Zoe but they weren't any help - just said that they can't move challenges but that they're voluntary anyway - not really the point!

I think just log it when you do it. But have you found the Facebook groups? They are really helpful. UK Zoe nutrition and Zoe insights.

Hi

I haven't found the Facebook groups yet - I'll look for them - thanks.

As for the challenge - I was looking at what I needed to do last evening and somehow managed to tell the App I was starting the challenge then - so it thought my "first meal of the day" was dinner!
I've logged my breakfast today and done the blood glucose reading, but I think I'll always be a day behind what the App thinks I'm doing.
The Zoe helpdesk weren't that helpful tbh - I wanted a way to re-start the challenge days.
