Your thyroid function is off. TSH is a pituitary hormone, not a thyroid hormone. Your thyroid hormones are the FT4 and FT3, both of which are very low in range and will explain your symptoms.

However, your GP may choose to go by TSH alone and tell you you're fine, so get thee to the Thyroid UK forum at www(dot)healthunlocked(dot)com for advise on how to push for treatment.

I had to do this ten years ago and I'm a different person now.

Sorry should have said I have hashimotos which I know about!
They've just upped my levo to 100mcg
I changed doctors after my last one said a TSH of 5 was fine on medication, and these are the bloods my new GP requested as he increased my levo

OK. That makes sense.

See how you go with the increase and get tested again in 6 to 8 weeks.

Fag packet calculation for how much Levo you will eventually need is 1.6mcg per kilo of body weight.

Cholesterol should come down as well once you get your thyroid right.
