What else could it be ? Anyone had anything similar?
it comes and goes throughout the day and some days it doesn’t come at all.
It’s quite an intense sharp pain and it feels behind my eye, feels like it coincides with some stuffiness. GP said will refer to ENT but that will take ages, MRI of sinuses was ok

Did you by any chance have covid before it started, this has been my most long lasting symptom of long covid, still mildly got it 3 years later, only ever on the left side with me though🤷‍♀️ worse if I get dehydrated or sleep on that side.

Have you tried a sinus rinse? If it is your sinuses causing the pain it might well help and if it is something else the sinus rinse won't do any harm.

If it's your sinuses have you had a course of antibiotics? Preferably a massive one? And agree with a PP - you need the sinus rinse until things are completely cleared up.
