Buying Milk during summer

Hi parents I bought whole milk for my daughter and the market is 15 mins away from my house. During summer, the temperature in my state reach 110 degree F so I leave milk and grocery in the passenger seat and turn the AC in the car in max. I am still worry that it's not enough to keep the milk fresh because when I get home, milk alrdy half cold and some off fruits is not cold anymore. Is it safe to let my toddler drink the milk? It took me half an hour from the time I check out at the register, pay, and drive home. I have milk in the insulate bag but milk are half cold when I get home. Is it ok to give it to my toddle
