I had a rash that started as 1 red itchy pimple around 10 days ago. I now have over 500 of these covering my upper body and its spreading vigorously. I've been treated twice for scabies although there are no burrows and when a doctor looked more closely he stated that he thinks it looks more like chickenpox. I otherwise feel completely well and the rash tends not to be too itchy unless touched. I don't recall coming into contact with anything. Has anyone got any advice? Also the rash has gotten a lot worse wince I've had the scabies treatment permethrin so I think it could be viral.
