My DP is having bunion surgery in October and I don’t know what to expect and what support he will need. All we have been told so far is that he will be completely off his feet for 2 weeks and won’t be able to drive for up to 8 weeks.
Those that have been through this - is that realistic or should we be prepared for him not driving for longer? We have an upstairs toilet only, do we need him to move upstairs for two weeks?
how much help will he need in his recovery? we also have a two year old to add into the mix.
any advice appreciated, I am really worried about looking after both him and our two year old and working!
