Weird tummy bug? Anyone else?

Morning everyone,

Anyone struggling with a weird tummy bug? I say weird because it's just tummy pain, like cramps, that stay constant, but no vomiting or diarrhoea. DH was complaining of a sore tummy last weekend which lasted until around Wednesday, and mine started yesterday afternoon. He had no vomiting or diarrhoea either.
I've had it constantly, all night too, and it's like I'm waiting for it to get worse so it'll come out one end but it doesn't get worse. It just stays the same. It's a bit more painful this morning than yesterday (dull aching cramp across my tummy above my belly button), but nothing else.

Can't even go to a pharmacy today because I live in the EU and everything is closed on Sundays!

I'd be worried about your appendix. Maybe DH just happened to have a bug. Try see a doctor

Pain above my belly button was how my appendicitis started.

Keep an eye on it. If it continues to get progressively worse get it checked.

This is a dull constant cramp-like ache which covers my whole tummy. No other symptoms at all of anything.

Yes we had this at start of summer holidays. I had D with it but DS and DP just had pains. Lasted a few days .

Yeah I had this a few weeks ago, it was agony (posted on here about it!). My DF also had it. It lasted around 24 hours and disappeared.

I’ve had similar sometimes when DC had full on bug. Like I’d had a milder version of it or something

Thanks everyone. Took a paracetamol and went back to sleep. It's eased off with the painkillers but still there.

Really hoping it's a 24 hr thing like @TheOutlaws had but as DH had it for a few days, I'm guessing I might be like this for a few days!

Did you all just eat bland food and drink? I still have my appetite 😅
