My teeth are not in the best shape, outwardly they probably don’t appear to bad but they make self conscious. What are my options for improving them appearance wise and so they’re functional. I’ve just cracked a wisdom tooth and have a number of others that are cracked and causing issues. I have some money for this but not ££10-20k. What would be the best solution? I don’t want my face sinking in if I have some removed and would love bonding for the front but does it last?

Go to your dentist and ask! If you're with an NHS dentist, shop around for one that provides more cosmetic services. They will be able to see you and advise what you need/what they can do for the money. They will focus on things that need to be done first, eg cracked teeth, then move on to less urgent things. Good luck!

My teeth are bad as well. Recently I got a bridge implant, since than my general health is much better. But it costs a lot. So I advise everyone to always keep their teeth clean.
