Does anybody suffer with this?
I've only just discovered the name but realise it's what I get every so often and started with a flare up yesterday
I'm up at 530 today & im wide awake with the itching g on my hands, it started last night
Seems there are several causes one being stress which makes sense, I'm collecting antidepressants on Friday when home

@FredaFox

Yes, I have this. I've had it on and off since I was a child (I'm 43 now). Mostly on my fingers but sometimes on the palms of my hands. Never had it on my feet.

It's awful. The itchiness drives me mad. I 100% pop the blisters, though I know you're not supposed to. Then they crust over, then the cycle starts again.

It's miserable. I feel for you.

I get it on my hands and feet sometimes, it seems to be driven by the seasons changing for me, weirdly.

I find once I've had a good scratch and popped the blisters they crust up and fall off though. It's disgusting but quite satisfying 😳

Yes I've got this mildly at the minute on my left hand though I keep getting a few blisters on my right too.

I've found that avoiding getting it wet as much as possible helps to clear it up but I've not managed to shift it fully this time

Mine is triggered by washing up liquid. Since I started wearing gloves to wash up it hasn't been anywhere near as bad. I use hydrocortisone cream to help with the itching and I don't pop the blisters but I find it impossible not to pick at it.

Yes. I get it on my palms. The itching is unbearable. For me it's caused by food allergies. I've been able to get rid of it completely by cutting out certain foods.

I've had this since the covid lack of hand soap. We had to buy this ultra strong one as it was all that was available and it's ruined my hands! I found Epaderm helped
