Insect bite- is this infected?

We're on holiday and I'm trying to decide whether this is an allergic reaction to an insect bite and it'll go in its own time. Or if it is infected and antibiotics are needed. The edge is less defined today and is going darker. I've had it for about 3 days.

What are you taking for it?

Nothing......I had Piriton a couple of nights back with no improvement. Struggling to get hold of anything.

You need to keep taking Piriton regularly and antihistamine cream or hydro cortisone cream of you can get any. Go to a pharmacy,where are you?
