Shoulder and elbow pain

Hi all,
I have had pain in my shoulder when I move it for a couple of weeks. Just thought I had maybe slept on it funny and hoped it would go away. (It may well still.) A few days ago my elbow on the same arm starts hurting too.
Am I best to see a chiropractor, massager or osteopath of a different approach?
I don’t have much spare money so the cheapest possible would be good, thanks!

Can you self refer to NHS physiotherapy? I would recommend private physio but if the cost is a problem, NHS treatment might be your best bet.

Thanks, I will look into it.

NHS physio takes months to come through and they will only give you exercises.

I would see a good sports masseuse and an osteopath. It depends but generally chiropractic is more forceful so personally I avoid.
