I had two dental implants nearly 10 years ago. One inexplicably failed last year and has been replaced for free. A few days ago I had the crown added and it now hurts ( dull ache mostly but deeper pain if I crunch something hard with it). Does this mean its failed again? Has anyone had a similar experience. Not sure I want the anxiety of a third go if this is going to keep happening!
