Swallowed a fly when picking up dog poo

They were all flying around the dog poo in the garden when I was picking it up and I breathed on in and swallowed it 🤢 am I going to get a disease?

Unfortunately even with the amount of gagging I did, I was unable to bring it back up 🫣 I'm such a germ phone as well 😫
