Should naproxcn lower temp?

On antibiotics and taking naproxcen 3 times a day. Should it liower temp? Nine is coming asbetween 37.5 and 38.2 consistently

I think it’s more of an anti inflammatory

Its a pain as have taken paracetamol and.naproxcin so can't take ibuprofen but feeling uncomfortable with temp.

Naproxen does have antipyretic effects (as does paracetamol) so should be lowering your temp a bit.

37.5 is a normal temp and 38.2 shouldn't really be making you feel uncomfortable. It is a very low grade fever.

If you are feeling a bit warm still I would try a fan, cool flannel, running cold water over the inside of your wrists or a quick shower rather than any additional medication. Fever if you are unwell is part of your bodies natural defense.
