Wondering if there are any doctor folks on here. Concerned about dh. I pretty certain he is on the neurospectrum. As a functioning adult adhd , he has many of the traits.
Dh is 48. He is about 2 stone overweight (5ft 11) than his normal weight. He holds his weight in middle. He drinks too much, often a bottle of night. Addicted to those nicotine tablets. He takes paracetamol or ibuprofen most days(about 8 tablets a day). He does eat healthy but then would binge. He does weight lifting (Cross fit) but it's sporadic. Otherwise he doesn't walk much and certainly doesn't do 10,000 steps a day.
Is accelerating to trouble. This isn't normal but don't know how to help. Already he's got issues, ailments and he's always unwell about something. And he's generally really moany and angry. I feel it's all related, like he can't regulate himself and his emotions.
In 10 years time, is his health really going to deteriorate. I'm worried.
