spot under glasses 'saddle'

can I put on a blister plaster (cut to size of course)?

I can't see much without glasses...

Yes, it will be fine.
Maybe give the glasses a clean though with an alcohol wipe or similar. It could be bacteria on there that’s sitting on the skin that’s caused the spot.
