Any remedies for upper digestive issues?

Although I’ve had IBS for many many years it has only been the last 4 or 5 years that I have suffered from the addition of upper digestive issues.

Now I’ve turned 50 it is getting worse (not sure of perimenopause is to blame?)

I have had 2 colonoscopies, one gastroscope with biopsies, a pill camera endoscopy, various us scans (all tests have returned as normal - no gastritis, coeliac disease or the like). I am currently half way through a bile acid malabsorption set of scans (first one this week, last one is next week).
I am suffering every day (often all day) with awful nausea with an acidic gnawing feeling deep within my stomach, burping, pain and a general overall queasy horrid feeling.

PPI’s upset my IBS so I have relied on gaviscon for the most part and in all honesty it’s not helping.

I only drink water, avoid all my triggers, rich, greasy and acidic foods etc.

Any suggestions as to what to do? I am so down with it all.

Have you considered traditional Chinese medicine? They wanted to put me on omeprazole for similar symptoms but I followed TCM (didn’t take any herbs, just changed diet and lifestyle) to support kidneys and regulate bile production, moved more to get stagnant blood out my liver (and lost weight) and symptoms disappeared in a couple of months. If you’ve tried everything else it might be worth a google.

Weefreetiffany I haven’t tried Chinese medicine tbh, I will look into it.
