Is this a dermatofibroma?

I have a mole that looks like a dermatofibroma, Suddenly noticed there is a red dot inside it looks like blood! I’ve been watching it since it appeared 4 weeks ago, it didn’t change size or color.
I should have gone to the doctor's appointment today, but they moved it to November

They moved your appointment to November?! If you are worried about a mole I would suggest you phone for an urgent appointment. Have you tried the pinch test?

I don't know what happened sudden, the mole or dermatofibroma was normal, then there was a blood red dot. There was no scabbing, itching or pain, no fluid running down.
