Have I had norovirus?

Sounds like a ridiculous question. But looking for people with similar experiences.
My toddler had norovirus Saturday night and was sick all night and diarrhoea the next day. Partner come down with it last night (monday) and has been sick all night. Since yesterday I've felt sick, dizzy and had 2 hours of diarrhoea but not actually been sick once. I feel a bit better today.
I had norovirus last year and it was very violent like how my son have partner have been.
I just hate this anticipation if I've had it or not? Or have I got it to come? 😣

I'd say you'll be fine! That was probably your version of it with the nausea and diarrhea, your immune system has just dealt with it better this time.

I get the horrible anticipation as I hate being sick. But everytime kids have had it Ive reacted different, sometimes just the diarrhea, sometimes sickness too, and sometimes nothing at all. Depends how rundown i am at the time, what I've been exposed to in between etc.
