Does anyone know what this rash might be

5 year old DD. She has had the rash for about 2 months. Mostly on her hands, It's on the palms as well but looks more like dried blisters.
She has a little bit under 1 arm also.
The GP suggested Molluscum contagiosum but wasn't certain so asked us to go back in a month.
It is not itchy at all and is the same colour as her skin. She isn't bothered by it at all but it looks very unusual and she is getting asked about it by other children now.
If you have any ideas what it could be I'd appreciate the help!

Could it be milia but on the hands instead of the face?

Yes I thought so too. My own go was away so we seen the GP who was covering

Possibly, I hadn't thought of that. She developed this almost straight after we returned from holidays. No one else in the house has it.

Hmmm, her palm looks a bit like urticaria but the top of the hand doesn't. Might be worth looking into though

At least looks like my fiancés urticaria. I am not a doc!
