Period??

NOT TTC.
I came off the pill in December and since then I’ve had irregular periods normal in the cycle day 40s.
I’m currently waiting for a gynaecologist appointment but the wait list is over a year.
Anyways Thursday cycle day 35+ Friday cycle day 36 I starting having brownspotting I think is the best way to describe it. When I was spotting had a pad on and there’s nothing on the pad it’s only when I wipe I got similar to what’s in the photo. Then yesterday and today I’ve had no spotting or anything.
Normally I get really bad bloating and pains but not had anything.
Does anyone know what this could be? I’m cycle day 38 now.

Please help had the depo injection on the 28th july started bleeding but passing clots I feel worried about this and hoping some of you guys can put my mind at rest please I’m not having heavy bleeds or filling pads it’s just the clots that is my concern please see photos attached and somebody tell me if this is normal

What were your periods like before you started the pill, how long were you on it for and how old are you? Are you otherwise fit and well ?

I can’t remember what they were like I started the pill at 16 came off at 22 to for a baby got pregnant first month then went straight back on the pill when she was born. I’m now 25. Yes I’m fit and well normal bmi and all that.
ive never had this sort of discharge/ spotting before and so strange it only lasting for 2 days then stopping

Sometimes when you are not ovulating your cycle can be erratic. Have you been examined by your GP? Have they suggested blood tests ,swabs and/or ultrasound? You started the pill in your teens ( not unusual) so there probably isn't a pattern of what is normal for you as yet.I would discuss this further with your GP; they may be able to look for the cause without recourse to a gynaecologist.

i had one lot of blood tests they came back normal, has swabs they came back fine. And I’ve also had an internal ultrasound and a normal one which didn’t show anything abnormal.
I rang the doctor back last week to say that my ultrasound and bloods came back fine and that’s when they said there’s nothing they can do and I’ll have to go to the gynaecologist. But then since then I’ve had the brown discharge

That is reassuring. You may have to watch and wait a bit to see if your cycle resets at all. If you get worrying symptoms such as bleeding after sex then see your Dr. again, likewise if there is a change in your symptoms.
