can anyone advice on this endoscopy result?
the consultant didn’t talk to me after the endoscopy
the report says mild erythematous gastritis antrum

Hi, erythematous is observed redness. In simple terms you have visible red inflammation in the gastric antrum which is the lower part of the stomach. Causes could be H pylori, autoimmune diseases, NSAID reaction or stress. All in all it’s likely nothing to worry about.
