DD2 to walk in or not???

DD2[13m] has a bad cold and has done for the past 4/5 days. She has been throwing up all those days particularly when she has gone to bed as thats when the cough is worse. She is also teething and had her mmr 2 wks ago so think it is a combination of all these things plus we have all had one bug after another lately including DD1 having viral infection last week which lead to bad asthma attacks etc and ds has an ear infection brewing[have already had one walk in visit today]
So question is after having cleaned up my 4th bout of vomit since 7pm do we need to take dd2 to be seen?

Does she seem dehydrated? if so take her, if not get the out of hours dr to come and see you, would be my advice and have some {{hugs}} you could be in for a long night

dont think she is dehydrated she is asleep on me at the min dont know it is cattarah/cough making her sick as in the day she is ok..bit whiney but nothing too bad
