maybe one of those heated cushion things?
you can pop them in the microwave and heat them up - that might ease the pain a wee bit?

get a session with a bowen practitioner. They will sort it straight away

dinny · 27/02/2008 20:28

go to an osteopath, they can work WONDERS

I'd get it checked, I think shoulder pain can be a sign of internal bleeding... but, OTOH if you are like me it's a sign of too much time at the PC Maybe a massage to get everything loosened up?

debbsy this might give you a basic idea. It works more than any other treatment I know, including osteopathy. Every person i've recommended it to has been amazed by the results and have felt helped by Bowen where other techniques have failed.
I've decided that in the dim, distant future, when my youngest is at school, I am going to train to be a Bowen practitioner!

Definitely go and see an osteopath. Massage will help, but it needs to be really deep tissue massage and then you may have a problem in the top of your neck/spine that they can deal with.

debbsyandsonn · 28/02/2008 08:11

going to ring someone later do they see people after hours?

Usually - it's not NHS-provided so it will be up to the individual practitioner.

debbsyandsonn · 28/02/2008 08:15

ok thanks ill have a look into it.
