Has anyone successfully decreased the size of/gotten rid of a epidermoid cyst that isn't infected? Any home remedies?

Well, it basically needs to be extracted. There’s lots of ‘guidance’ on YouTube, mainly from the USA where they also don’t have accessible healthcare.

@jimjambob hi op how did you get on? Did you get rid of the cyst?
I've just googled cyst with a black dot in the middle and it came up with epidermoid cyst..mine is on my chest
