Waiting on a referral but I've had an ultrasound and they've found loads of chocolate cysts, some over 7cm
Yesterday was so bad I contemplated a&e as I couldn't cope with the pain and was yelling with it on all fours
Today it's less painful but it hurts to walk as if each step sends shockwaves into my stomach, it feels like a cross between trapped wind and period pain
I've taken Buscopan, naproxen, paracetamol and max dose of dihydrocodeine and no real change plus my stomach is so swollen nothing fits
Had two days off work and I can't do this every month 
so wondering about a tens machine? By less painful today I mean it still hurts more than breaking a bone but I can think/speak which I couldn't yesterday
