Dentist ripping me off?

I have been to a private dentist and told I need 2 small fillings. They are charging me 500 for 2 white ones. Seems like double the amount I'm used to paying. Am I being ripped off here?

i had dental filling last week 70 pounds for the silver one, the white one was about 220 so for two it seems about right
